Full hire: function room, kitchen and beds for up to 24 people from Friday evening to Sunday evening : €770

One night only : €400

Hire of the function room and kitchen from Friday evening to Sunday evening : €200

If you prefer not to do the cleaning : cleaning charge €100

Tourism around Santenay

Santenay is a great point of depart – whether it is to discover the world of wine, to admire the architectural heritage or to take part in sports.

Wine
The tourist route 'Route des Grands Crus' passes through all the wine villages from Santenay to Dijon.

In each village you will find a warm welcome from all the winemakers and growers.

Architectural Heritage
It is impossible to provide a complete list of all the sites worth visiting but here are a few essentials :

Hotel Dieu in Beaune; Château de Clos Vougeot at Vougeot; le Palais des Ducs in Dijon.

Cathedral of St Lazare in Autun, Chateau de Rochepot at Le Rochepot, Archeological site and museum at Bibracte, just 25km from Autun, Abbey of Fontenay, Abbey of Citeaux…

Sporting Activities
On foot
There are walks and rambles around each village – ask at the Tourist Office for a list

Cycling
Bikes can be hired from the Tourist Office by the station in Santenay

Bike route – 20km which goes through wine villages from Santenay to Beaune and stretching 10km from Santenay to Nolay along the former railway line.

'Voie verte' – a 20km route passes along the canal from Santenay to Chalon-sur-Saône

For the more energetic there are many circuits throughout the plain of the River Saône passing through the wine-growing hills and the Hautes Côtes.
